#Farewell Algonquin Studios!
As I am graduating from Algonquin College's 2 year Photography program, I will be having to say goodbye to all the amazing equipment, studio space, gear at hand. I'm going to miss the readily accessibly technology and workspace as I start my on my own as a professional photographer.
I already have my start by getting a Canon 5D Mark iii and an EF 85mm f/1.2 II USM telephoto lens. Next I will be saving up to create my own makeshift studio and rent studio space if clients want portraits.
I decided to have a farewell photoshoot in studio with the theme of flowers and by bringing 7 models. Starting from 9:00am till 2:00pm. I set up the photoshoot before model's arrival with few early birds. Anna Pickles arriving at my house early, Sarah Mohsn waiting at studios, and by the time I get to studios, Isabella Gow brought Tim Horton's for breakfast! (Thanks!)
As more models arrive (Madison Cobus, Laura Keogan, Samantha St Jean, and Silvia Beaudoin), I do or guide their makeup &/ hair and prep them for individual shoots. The girls help each other and have a blast. Terron Kieve comes to assist as much as he can on set.
Overall, having a wonderful time and producing excellent photographs!
It's been quite the growth since I first start photography with my rebel t3i. 5 years and now 2 years of professional training. I can't wait to see what's yet to come in my photography.
